A Note from founder Chris Pettit
This resource was birthed in my heart as a young leader. As I read resources for leadership, it all seemed very “pie in the sky” to a small fry like me. So much of is was hard to contextualize either because I hadn’t developed the necessary skills, I didn’t face the same issues, or sometimes (just being honest here) I simply wasn’t smart enough or experienced enough to contextualize those principles to my situations. This is my (and a great group of others) attempt to do the hard thinking with you… to help you through our many failures as leaders and encourage you with a few successes we have had. It’s my hope and prayer that this resource will light a fire in you to be the best leader you can be right where you are at, despite the circumstances. Now, let’s go lead.
